Derry Plumbing & Heating has been amazing to my family! We have had to use them twice in the past 2 months. First was for a new well pump & tank. The owner was so great, explaining everything to us, and quickly sent someone out to take care of it. Not long after that our old water filtration system died and needed to be replaced ASAP. Again, Dave understood my concerns about the water (we have little kids in the house) and handled it as quickly as possible. Even 20 inches of snow didn't stop them from coming out to install an amazing filter! Every time they came they were polite, professional, and answered every question I had (which was a lot!). We have been so pleased by all of their work and absolutely recommend them to everyone!

The crew replaced our water heater today, and brought the connections up to code. No surprises, job was done quickly, and the estimate provided prior to the job was exact and fair. David was very responsive to questions and with scheduling prior to the installation.

We just experienced a frozen baseboard heating pipe. I called several plumbers and was told the wait would be 5-7 days to get someone out. Called Derry Plumbing and Heating. Very nice girl on the phone took my number and would call right back. She did in about 5 minutes. Told me someone could come out the next day. Technician Sean showed up 1 1/2 hours early. Found the split in the pipe, cut it out, replaced the section of copper pipe then filled and purged the heating system. Everything was done great. Cleaned up after himself. Very very satisfied. Reasonable price considering it was an emergency.

Five stars to this company they saved our lives today had to call at 7am this morning with a backed up sink got a return call 15 minutes later with the time they were able to fit us in. When they arrived they diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and thoroughly! Knock on wood we don't have another issue where we have to use them but if we did they'll be the first plumbing company we use! Thanks Londonderry Plumbing and Heating!

Update 12/28 still would give a five star rating our hot water heater started leaking today gave them a call they were there to fix it right away great reliable company!

Just wanted to publicly thank Dave and Brian from a Derry Plumbing for getting the job done this week so we could have AC for this hot weekend! They were professional, clean and did a great job setting up our Central AC system on an older home that didn’t have the easiest set up. Thanks again.
